Global Software Company relocates European graduates to Irish European hub
Our Ireland-Relocations team worked with a global software company to support the expansion of their European base in Dublin. The expansion required the relocation of mainly new hires from all over Europe to their Dublin office.
Demographically the relocating employees were mostly young and often newly graduated, embarking on an exciting chapter of their lives, relocating to Ireland to live and work in Dublin.
With the difficult rental market in Dublin, the key challenge for our client was the low rental budgets relative to local market conditions. Many relocating assignees looked for shared accommodation, or budget friendly small properties close to the office location in the south Dublin docklands.
With limited supply of suitable properties, the main benefit of working with Cronin’s team was the support provided to secure viewings and successfully apply for properties – leveraging our market expertise and extensive network of estate agents and private landlords in our supply chain.
Suitable properties and accommodation were secured for all the assignees. Ongoing advice and support were provided from the time they arrived in Ireland, right through until they were happily settled in their new homes.
