  • Initial Consultation Meeting – Phone call or video call depending on your preference to establish your needs and the key features desires of your new home
  • Research – This is where we take the output from the consultation and begin searching for the best properties that tick your boxes
  • Shortlisting – We will produce a list for you to inspect and select which properties you’d like to visit
  • Tour and Property Visits – Your dedicated consultant will arrange to visit your selected properties with you, while also taking you for a tour of the surrounding area, so you can learn more about the locality and nearby amenities.
  • Lease/Purchase Negotiation – Your dedicated consultant will negotiate and review the terms and conditions of your lease agreement. They will secure the best possible deal and ensure contract dates align with your needs.
  • Move In Service – Our dedicated team of movers will deliver your possessions and unpack with you to minimise hassle. Your move be present all day to help with all aspects. Prior to move in day your consultant will support you with the set-up of your new accounts for utilities (gas, electric, TV and wifi).
